As the only channel connecting the Hainan Expressway to the national expressway network, the Haikou section of the G15 Shenhai Expressway is a major public infrastructure project of the Hainan Free Trade Port. Up to now, the civil construction of the G15 project has been basically completed, and the pavement work is 45% finished. As the project is progressing in an orderly manner, it will strive to open to traffic by the end of the year.
